Over time, the tops of silos accumulate materials such as fine dust, concrete or asphalt debris, industrial grease, and blockages caused by load residues or valve failures. Ignoring this area can lead to:

Our Process
Our process is developed with strict safety measures, using adequate tools and personnel certified in working at heights:
1 - Previous technical evaluation of the silo.
We inspect the upper part to identify accumulations, critical access points, type of adhered material and safety conditions for the work team.
2 - Preparation and securing of the area.
Lifelines, harnesses, guardrails and fall protection systems are installed. The perimeter is delimited and occupational and visual safety protocols are implemented.
3 - Debris removal and detailed cleaning.
We use hand tools, pneumatic tools and industrial vacuum cleaners (if necessary) to remove dust, material residues, concrete, asphalt or accumulated grease. We also clean gates, filters and sensors.
4 - Verification of critical components.
Moving parts, sensors, vents and valves are visually checked to ensure that there are no obstructions or wear due to material accumulation.
5 - Final report with recommendations.
Upon completion, we provide you with a report with evidence of the work performed (before and after) and suggestions for establishing a preventive maintenance program for elevated areas.
